Charity criteria

Type of Programs: Kids 360 is all about the Kids; therefore, the charity of choice must provide support and philanthropic passion to children between the ages of 0-18.

Tax Status: We only accept organizations granted tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and file Form 990.

Registration: We only accept charities based in the U.S. and registered with the IRS. However, the scope of a charity's work can be international.

Financials: Chosen charities must have complete audited financial statements.
